Our 4th Grade Buffaloes had an incredible journey into the past during their visit to Wunderlich Farms today. Students got a firsthand look at what life was like for early settlers in Klein, Tx.
A massive THANK YOU to the wonderful Ms. Puryear and Ms. Hales! Serving as our docents, they brought history to life with their knowledge and passion, making this “time travel” experience unforgettable for our students.
We are so proud of our Buffaloes for their curiosity and great manners while exploring our local history!

Our Blackshear Elementary DI team officially wrapped up their competition today, and we couldn’t be prouder! While the performance was the highlight, the real victory started months ago in the classroom with nothing but a pile of cardboard and a massive amount of “out-of-the-box” thinking. 😊❤️🦬

Our Blackshear Buffaloes traded in their backpacks for dodgeballs tonight, and the energy was 🔥! From our kindergartners to our “competitive” parents (and principal 😉) everyone had a blast dodging, dipping, and diving.

Our Blackshear ACCESS made dog treats today after learning about the Westminster Dog Show this week for our social studies unit! They mixed, they rolled, they cut the dough into cute shapes and then we baked them! 🥣🦴🐾
